Preparation

    Preheat griddle to 375°F or until drop of water sizzle on griddle.

    Combine Pancake Mix and 1 cup water.

    Mix just until smooth.

    Pour batter onto the lightly greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancake. Cook until golden brown on each side. Enjoy! Makes 8-10 (4-inch) pancakes
