Finally, a fabulous Beef Burgundy recipe created especially for the slow cooker. Add a splash of your favorite dry red wine for more depth of flavor.

Ingredients

1 packet Southeastern Mills® Beef Seasoning Mix
1 cup water
1 cup Burgundy Wine
1-2 lb pounds beef meat
1 large onion (diced)
1 can mushrooms (8 oz,drained)
1 paclage egg noodles

Directions

    Mix entire contents of Seasoning Mix for Beef packet with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of Burgundy Wine.

    Add 1-2 pounds beef cut meat into 2 inch cubes.

    Add 1 large onion (diced) and one 8 oz. jar of mushrooms (drained). Cover and cook on low setting for 7-8 hours. Do not stir; product will baste itself during the cooking process.

    Serve over cooked egg noodles, prepared according to the package
