1 packet | Southeastern Mills® Beef Seasoning Mix |
1 cup | water |
1 cup | Burgundy Wine |
1-2 lb | pounds beef meat |
1 | large onion (diced) |
1 can | mushrooms (8 oz,drained) |
1 paclage | egg noodles |
Mix entire contents of Seasoning Mix for Beef packet with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of Burgundy Wine.
Add 1-2 pounds beef cut meat into 2 inch cubes.
Add 1 large onion (diced) and one 8 oz. jar of mushrooms (drained). Cover and cook on low setting for 7-8 hours. Do not stir; product will baste itself during the cooking process.
Serve over cooked egg noodles, prepared according to the package
