2 cans | Blueberry Pie Filling (21oz) |
2 cups | Cherries, frozen |
2 tsp | vanilla extract |
¼ cup | granulated sugar |
2 pkg | Southeastern Mills® Buttermilk Biscuit Mix |
¼ cup | dark brown sugar |
1 | stick melted butter |
1 cup | white chocolate chips |
1 tsp | mint, chopped |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium size mixing bowl combine blueberry pie filling, cherries, vanilla extract and granulated sugar. Fold ingredients until well incorporated.
In a separate mixing bowl combine biscuit mix, dark brown sugar, melted butter, white chocolate and mint. Mix with a spoon or by hand until butter is mix thoroughly and the mixture feels like a crumble topping.
Grease a 9x13 pan baking dish.
Pour in blueberry and cherry mixture and spread evenly across pan.
Pour crumble topping over the cobbler and place in oven.
Bake for 50 minutes.
